She believes healing and joy can exist in the same story. That laughter belongs alongside vulnerability, and that the smallest moments between two people often become the ones that matter most.

When she's not writing, Danica lives in the Rockies, where she developed a love of mountain towns. She can be found convincing herself that one more chapter or one more Coke Zero won't keep her up too late.
